Retro Ninja – Console Repair Terms & Conditions

1. Repair Pricing

All repair prices shown are guide prices only and may vary depending on the console make, model, condition, and fault identified.

A final quotation will be provided following inspection or diagnosis. No repair work will begin without customer approval.

2. Sending Your Console

Customers are responsible for the cost of sending their console to Retro Ninja.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring their console is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Suitable protective packaging and padding should be used.

Retro Ninja cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by poor or inadequate packaging during delivery to us.

3. Return Delivery

Once repairs are completed, Retro Ninja will securely package the console and arrange return delivery.

The cost of return delivery will be covered by Retro Ninja.

4. Data Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for backing up important data before sending their console for repair.

While every effort is made to protect customer data, Retro Ninja cannot guarantee that saved games, accounts, settings, installed software, or stored data will remain intact during repair.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring that any personal data, accounts, saved games, subscriptions, or other important information stored on their console is backed up before submitting the device for repair.

Where required for testing purposes, customers may be asked to provide relevant account access details or remove security features that prevent proper diagnosis and testing. Customers should only provide information necessary for the repair process.

Retro Ninja will take reasonable care when handling customer devices and will only access customer data where required to complete testing, diagnostics, updates, or repairs. We will not intentionally access, copy, share, or use personal information stored on customer devices.

Customers are responsible for removing any personal items, accessories, discs, cartridges, memory cards, or other removable items that are not required for the repair. Retro Ninja cannot accept responsibility for items left inside or supplied with a console unless specifically included as part of the repair service.

All customer devices will be handled with reasonable care; however, Retro Ninja cannot be held responsible for pre-existing faults, hidden damage, data loss, account issues, or failures unrelated to the repair service being carried out.

5. Additional Faults

If additional faults are discovered during inspection or repair, the customer will be contacted with an updated quotation before any additional work is completed.

6. Irreparable Devices

If a repair is not possible, the console will be returned in its current condition.

Diagnostic or assessment fees remain payable where applicable.

7. Repair Warranty

Repairs are covered by a warranty on the workmanship carried out and replacement parts fitted.

The warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage

• Liquid damage

• Misuse

• Physical damage after repair

• Software issues unrelated to the repair

• Existing faults not included within the repair

Warranty period: 30 days from point of console or game return

Retro Ninja – Refurb Console & Game Sales Terms

1. Refurbished Products

All refurbished consoles and gaming products sold by Retro Ninja are previously owned items that have been inspected, tested, cleaned, and restored where possible.

Due to the age and nature of retro gaming products, items may show signs of previous use, including minor cosmetic marks or wear.

Any known faults, damage, or missing accessories will be clearly described before purchase.

2. Product Testing

All consoles, games, and accessories are tested before dispatch to ensure they are functioning correctly.

3. Included Items

Product listings will clearly state what is included. Unless stated otherwise, accessories such as controllers, cables, manuals, memory cards, or original packaging may not be included.

4. Warranty

Refurbished products include the warranty period stated within the product listing or included documentation.

Warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage

• Liquid damage

• Misuse

• Modification or unauthorised repairs

• Damage caused after delivery

5. Returns

Retro Ninja offers a 30-day return period.

Customers should contact Retro Ninja before returning any item.

Returned items must:

1. Product Information

2. Clothing

Customers are responsible for checking sizing information before ordering.

Returns or exchanges may not be accepted for incorrect sizing where the correct item has been supplied.

Customised or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

4. Artwork Usage
